Urgent Message - 7 January 2012

Hi all,

It is with great regret that I have to let you know that due to ill health, George will be unable to come to Australia this year.  He has been battling a flu virus for some weeks now, and has phoned me this morning to say that he feels he will be unable to give his normal 110% passion to his teaching.  He sounded quite frail on the phone, and we are both heartbroken! 

We will be rescheduling his visit for after the London Olympics, as he then retires as US Chef d'Equip, and will have a freer schedule for coaching, which as all of you who have worked with him, is his first love.

Many thanks to all of you for your support of the Clinics, and to those who have paid deposits please send me your bank details by return email, and I shall refund them immediately.
